Ponnaganti ( alternanthera sessilis ) recipe . How to make ponnaganti leaf .

 Ponnaganti kura in English it is know as alternanthera sessilis . 

It is rich in calcium, it is used as natural antibiotics. It also cure’s many problems like liver cleaning , digestive , diarrhoea ,vomiting and gastritis problems . Researched by Dibrugarh university Assam 2018 . 

It is almost found in village areas . It is not cultivated plant . It is grow naturally , it is grow according to soli and weather. It is natural food . Not only one , there are many benefits in it . Eat this leafy vegetable and be healthy . 

Ingredients 

Ponnaganti kura 2 cups




Soaked Chana dal 1 cup

Onions 1 cup

Green chilli’s 15 

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Salt   1/2tbsp

Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp

Oil 3 tbsp

Method

Take a pan heat it on medium flame and add oil and heat it .

Now add chopped onions fry it upto pinkish colours and add soaked chana dal into pan fry them properly.

Now wash green chilli’s add into mixer and salt and blend it into paste.

Now add chilli paste into pan.

Now add turmeric powder , ginger garlic paste fry it well .

Now add Ponnaganti kura into pan mix it well and cover it with lid cook it for 10 to 15 mins.

After 15 mins take the lid and mix it properly.

Ponnaganti kura is ready .

Serve it roti or rice .
