Moringa tomato curry

 Ingredients:

Green moringa 1cup 

Onion 1

Tomato 1 cup 

Salt1/2tb

Haldi 1/4 tsp 

Ginger Garlic paste 1/2tbsp 

Chilli powder 1tbs

Oil 2tbs


Method :

Take  chopped  onions and tomato in a pan with 2tbs of oil  . Put it on a medium flame . 

Until It turns  pinkish colour , than add moringa leaves to it and add salt,  because moringa leaves have lots bitter .if we add salt firstly ,it reduces little bitterness .that’s  way add salt to it .when you don’t add salt  moringa leaves curry will be bitter in taste. you can’t even eat that’s why add salt with moringa leaves. 

Cook it for 3 to 5 mins . 

Now , add ginger garlic paste to it , mix well then simmer the stove . add chilli powder ,Haldi powder and mix well add chopped tomato to it .  mix it well and cover it with a lid for 10  mins . 

And open the lid and mix well and put off the stove 

Green moringa tomato curry is ready to eat . Serve it with rice, chapatis, Jawar rice or Jawar chapatis it is healthy  food .
