 Halva

Ingredients 

Sooji 1 cup

Ghee or vanaspati dalda 1 tbsp 

Cashews almonds ( as you wish ) 

Food colour pinch ( as you wish ) 

Sugar 1/2 sugar 

Water 1 cup 

Procedure: 

Take a kadai or pan put it on medium flame  , add ghee or Dalda fry cashew and almonds . When it turns golden brown , take it into a plate .

 Now fry sooji properly and add water , when sooji starts boiling add food colour and mix it well. Now add sugar and mix it well . At last add fried nuts to halva . 

Now halva is ready . Serve it poori and jowar roti .
