Jowar rice

Jowar rice contains fibre , which is very useful for our body . Our body should required 48% fibre on daily basis . 

Ingredients:

Jowar 1/2cup 

Water 2cup 

Method  

 Soak jowar over night and use it . Because if we soak jowar it is easy to cook . 

Take a pressure cooker add 1/2jowar to it add 2cups of water cover with lid upto 10 whistles .

Now , check whether jowar is cooked or not . If yes, than serve it . Or else keep two more whistles. 

Now , jowar is cooked . Jowar is very good weight loss .  Good for digestion. Good for heart . 

Serve it with curry or fry .
