south indian style Chicken Curry

 Chicken Curry ( telangana style)

 Ingredients :

Chicken 750gms

Big Size Onions 2 Chopped 

Chopped Green Chilli’s 2

Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp

Chilli Powder 2tbsp

Salt 1tbsp

Turmeric Powder 1tsp

Pepper Powder 1tsp

Garama Masala Powder 1tsp

Sesame Seeds 2tbp

Oil 100 ml

Curry leaves 2sprigs


Method:

Take a handi add oil into handi add chopped onions, green chilli’s and curry leaves fry it on         high flame.

Now wash the chicken and add into handi mix properly .

When chicken leaves water we should simmer the flame for 2 mins .

Add ginger garlic paste to it and mix well add chilli powder , turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well simmer the flame for 5mins .

Take a pan heat it  add seem seeds to it when it starts splits remove form the stove add to into blender  it and mix it well to fine paste.

Now add paste to handi and mix it well and  add 2 glass of water to it and cook for 10 to15 mins in high flame and cover it with lid.

After 15min take the lid off and add pepper powder and Garama masala powder into handi and and off the stove cover it with lid for 5min.

Chicken curry is ready.
