crispy ridge gourd peel fry recipe ( beerakaya peel )

 ridge gourd peel fry recipe:

when ever you cook ridge gourd peel off the skin and keep a side.now you might think that what will you do form the ridge gourd skin , you can make peel fry which is easy and quick to make . it is very tasty and you can serve with breakfast and white rice.


ingredients:

ridge gourd peel - ( of three ridge gourd ) 
oil - 1 tbsp 
salt - 1/2 tsp 
haldi - 1/2 tsp 
jeera - 1tbsp 
green chilli - 4 ( sliced ) 

method :

take a pan add oil to it ( should be on medium flame ) , now add ridge gourd peel , jeera , salt , haldi and green chilles .
cover it with a lid up to 15 mins ( mix in between so that it shouldn't stick to pan ) . 
now , mix it well and make sure should be fried well if not then cook more for 2 to 5 mins .
and ridge gourd peel fry is ready .
