 Dal chawal 

the traditional indian cuisine filled with lots of nutritious . if you want have something light , health and tasty dal chawal is the one . easy to make and healthy food . dal chawal is eveybodies favourite who doesnt love that . so lets know and try dal chawal recipe .

how to make dal chawal:

ingredients:

toor dal- 1 cup 

jeera -1tsp

ginger garlic -1/2 spoon

haldi-1/2 spoon

green chill - 4

curry leaves - handful 

salt-1/2 tsp

Method:

take a pressure cooker . add toor dal and wash dal properly . add 2 cups of water into it .

now add haldi ,jeera , gingergarlic paste, green chills,and curry leaves .

cover it with lid and keep it on high flame up 2 whistle and than 2 more whistle on low falme .

after 4 whistles turn off the flame . after 4 to 5 mins , open the coker lid and mix it well .

now add salt to it . 

Tadak :

ingredients:

jeera :-1/2 tsp 

mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp 

dry red chilles -4

Tadak method :

take a tadak pan , add oil to it . now add jeera and mustard seeds . after few secs add dry red chillies to it . when it turns little brown . add the whole mixture into dal .

now dal is ready , serve it with hot rice and roti .
