how to make okra(bendakaya) curry.

 Okra Curry:

Okra is low in calories but packed full of nutrients. the vitamin c in okra helps support healthy immune function. Okra is also rich in vitamin K, which helps your body clot blood. Antioxidants are natural compounds that help your body fight off molecules called free radicals that can damage cells.

Ingrendients:

okra 1/4 kg

kaju 25gms

cocnut powder 25gms

melon seeds 25gms

chironji seeds 5gms

amchoor powder 1tsp

tomato 1

onion 1

chill 2

curry leaves 10

chill powder 1tbp

turmeric powder 1/2tsp

ginger garlic paste 1tsp

salt 1tsp 

oil 50ml


Method:

wash the okra properly and cut it into 4 peices in one okra . 

keep bowl on medium flame and add oil in it . at frist fry okra 5 to 10 mins until it changes colour to brown 

add gingergralic paste and saute for 30 sec and add chill powder , salt ,and turmeric powder . saute properly . And remove fried okra from bowl and add it into a plate .

now , take kaju ,cocnut powder , melon seeds ,chironji seeds, and the tomato into the blender . and blend it into fine paste .

now , take a bowl and heat it up 

add oil and chopped onions, green chillis .and amchoor mix well and add blended masala paste into it , and make sure to cook completely in low flame . 

when you observe oil emiting from masala paste  at that moment add fried okra into it .and mix it properly and add one glass of water and mix it up . cook well for 5 mins and remove it from stove .

thats it for now ... and  okra masala curry is ready . 

serve it in a blow and enjoy with roti and rice .
