 Lemon Rice


Ingredients 

Boiled Cooked Rice 2 cups

Lemons Juices 4 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1tsp

Green Chilies 4

Ginger 1inch Pices 

Curry Leaves 2sticks

Groundnuts 3tbsp

Rai and jeera 1tsp

Salt 1/2 tbsp

Oil 2 tbsp

Asafoetida 1 pinch 


Method 

Take a pan keep it on a medium flame add oil into pan (oil should be heated).

Now add groundnuts and fry it up to golden brown colour and add rai and jeera.

Next add turmeric powder , asafoetida , curry leaves , green chilli’s and ginger 1inch pices chopped fry it well and add lemon juice into pan boil it for 30 seconds on high flame and off the stove .

Now add cooked rice into pan and mix it properly.

Lemon Rice is ready to eat
