 Mushroom Biryani



Ingredients 

Rice 2 cups

Mushroom 200gms

Onions Sliced 1 cup

Tomato Sliced 1 cup

Green Chilli’s 2

Ginger Ginger Paste 1 tbsp

Oil 3tbsp

Chilli Powder 1tbps

Turmeric Powder 1tsp

Salt 1tbsp

Black Pepper Powder  1tsp

Garam Masala Powder 1tsp

Lemon Juice 2tbsp

Mint and Coriander leaves 1 cup

Saffron One Pinch Mix With Water


Whole Garam Masala

Cinnamon Sticks 2

Cardamom 2

Black Cumin 1 tbsp

Laurel leaf 2

Clove 4

Black Pepper 3


Method 

Take a handi add oil heat it up add cinnamon sticks 1, cardamom 1 , black cumin 1/2 tbsp , laurel leaf 1 , cloves 2 , black pepper 4 and add sliced onion into handi fry upto golden colour.

After onions fry add mushroom into handi fry it and add ginger garlic paste fry it and add chilli powder , turmeric powder , salt , black pepper powder , fry it properly and add green chilli and tomato sliced and cook it properly.

Now add mint and coriander leafs and lemon juice .

Take a bowl and add water , cinnamon 1 sticks , cardamom 1 , black cumin 1/2tbsp , laurel leafs 1 , cloves 2 , mint and coriander leafs and lemon juice boil it 

It start boiling add rice and cook it  30% and add into handi .

Now 50% cooked rice add into handi.

Next 75% cooked rice add into handi.

From top of rice add 1tbsp oil and saffron water and dum it for 15min on slow flame.

After 15mins keep a side and rest it for 5mins and serve it in plate and eat it.
