how to make red chilli pickel :

ingredients :

red chilli (raw) - 250 g

tamarind - 75 g

garlic-25g

jeera- 15g

salt- 

haldi-1tbsp 

Method:

wash the red mirchi and clean it with dry cloth.

take a blender and add red mirchi ,tamarind , gralic, jeera ,haldi and salt .dont blend it completely  make sure it should be little rough.take a complete mixture in a bowl and keep aside.

Tadka:

Ingredients:

jeera - 1 tbsp

mustard -1tbsp

dry red chill - 6

bengal gram -4tbsp

black gram -4tbsp

oil - 100g

Method:

take a pan and add oil into it and heat it . now add jeera and mustard , red chillies . now add bengal gram and black gram . when it turns brown put off from stove .

keep aside and cool it . add in red chilli mixture .

take a ceramic jar and serve it with rice or roti.
