semiya pulao
SEMIYA PULAO :-
semiya pulao is brekafast maded with vermicelli , vegetables and masala .
INGREDIENTS :-
- vermicelli - 4 cups
- onions - 1 (sliced)
- capcicum - 1 (chopped)
- carrot - 1 (diced)
- potato - 1 ( diced)
- cabbage - 1/2 (sliced)
- chillies - 4
- coriander , curry leaves - 1 cup
- mirchi powder - 1tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tbsp
- turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 2 tbsp
- water
METHOD :-
- heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai and fry vermicelli unit they are golden brown .
- take them out in bowl and let them cool .
- now in the same kadai heat 1tbsp oil and fry onions then capcicum , carrot , potato , cabbage , chllies and fry them properly .
- now add chilli powder , salt , turmeric powder , and add 6 cups of water .
- add coriander and curry leaves . and boil it for 8mins .
- now add fried vermicelli and cook it for 5mins at high flame , and 3 mins on low flame .
SEMIYA PULAO IS READY .
