semiya pulao

 SEMIYA PULAO :-

semiya pulao is brekafast maded with vermicelli , vegetables and masala .

INGREDIENTS :-

  • vermicelli - 4 cups 
  • onions - 1 (sliced)
  • capcicum - 1 (chopped)
  • carrot - 1 (diced)
  • potato - 1 ( diced)
  • cabbage - 1/2 (sliced)
  • chillies - 4 
  • coriander , curry leaves - 1 cup
  • mirchi powder - 1tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tbsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp 
  • oil - 2 tbsp 
  • water 
METHOD :-

  1. heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai and fry vermicelli unit they are golden brown .
  2. take them out in bowl and let them cool .
  3. now in the same kadai heat 1tbsp oil and fry onions then capcicum , carrot , potato , cabbage , chllies and fry them properly .
  4. now add chilli powder , salt , turmeric powder , and add 6 cups of water .
  5. add coriander and curry leaves . and boil it for 8mins .
  6. now add fried vermicelli and cook it for 5mins at high flame , and 3 mins on low flame .
SEMIYA PULAO IS READY .
