Thotakura curry (rajgira)

 THOTAKURA CURRY (RAJGIRA)

Thotakura is a leafy vegetable which is healthy to heart , helps in digestion , contains high protein  .

INGREDIENTS :-

  • Thotakura -1cup
  • tomato's - 4
  • onions - 1 (sliced)
  • chilli - 2
  • ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tbsp
  • chilli powder - 1tbsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • oil - 4tbsp
METHOD :-

  1. heat the oil in a pan , now add onions and fry it.
  2. now add tomato's , chillies and add ginger garlic paste , mix it well .
  3. add thotakura into the pan and add chilli powder , salt , turmeric powder then give it a mix.
  4. keep the lid and leave it about 10mins at low flame it will cook with the water vapour .
  5. and thotakura curry is ready .
SERVE IT WITH RICE OR ROTI ,IT IS TASTY AND A HEALTHY CURRY
