Thotakura curry (rajgira)
THOTAKURA CURRY (RAJGIRA)
Thotakura is a leafy vegetable which is healthy to heart , helps in digestion , contains high protein .
INGREDIENTS :-
- Thotakura -1cup
- tomato's - 4
- onions - 1 (sliced)
- chilli - 2
- ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tbsp
- chilli powder - 1tbsp
- turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- oil - 4tbsp
- heat the oil in a pan , now add onions and fry it.
- now add tomato's , chillies and add ginger garlic paste , mix it well .
- add thotakura into the pan and add chilli powder , salt , turmeric powder then give it a mix.
- keep the lid and leave it about 10mins at low flame it will cook with the water vapour .
- and thotakura curry is ready .
