VEGAN BIRIYANI 

INGREDIENTS :-

  •  basmathi rice - 5 cups 
  • diced potato - 5 
  • sliced onions - 2
  • coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • mint leaves - 1/2 cup 
  • green chillies -8 
  • medium tomatoes - 1
  • whole garam masala - 1tbsp
  • lemon juice - 4 tsp
  • oil - 100ml
  • water 
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp 
  • chilli powder - 1tbsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
METHOD :-
  1. take a kadai add oil and deep fry onions in it until it is gloden brown in colour and take  it a side .
  2. now fry sdiced  potato's .
  3. now blend fried onions , tomatoes unseeded and green chillies  into smooth paste .
  4. now soak basmathi rice in warm water bowl for 30mins .
  5. now take biryani handi add fried potatoes , add biryani masala , chilli powder , turmeric powder , lemon juice , ginger garlic paste , salt , add the onion chilli paste we maded , coriander , mint leaves .
  6. now mix the whole thing .
  7. now bowl the soaked rice with added whole garam masala , lemon juice and oil .
  8. now add 30% cooked rice as 1st layer 
  9. next add 50% cooked rice as 2nd layer 
  10. next add 70% cooked rice as 3rd layer 
  11. now add coriander leaves , fried onions on the top most layers and kesar colour .
  12. cover it with a lid(air should not escape formr the handi ) and DUM it for 15mins .
VEGAN BIRIYANI  IS READY .

SERVE IT IN A PALTE WITH MIRCHI KA SALAN AND ONIONS .
