 Tomato Bendakaya



Ingredients 

Bendakaya 100 gms

Tomato 250 gms

Onions chopped 1/2 cup

Green chilli’s chopped 2 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1tsp 

Garam Masala 1tsp

Chilli powder 1tsp

Salt 1tsp

Curry Leaves 2sticks 

Coriander leaves chopped 1tsp

Oil 4 tbsp



Method 

Take a pan keep it on a medium flame add oil into pan add sliced bendakaya into pan fry it chirpy and take it off from oil keep it on a tissue paper and keep it a side.

In same add chopped onions , green chilli’s , curry leaves, fry it and add turmeric powder , chilli powder , salt fry it properly and chopped add tomato and cover it with lid and cook it up to 7 mins.

After 7 mins take lid off and mix it well now add fried bendakaya into pan.

Cook it for 3 to 5 mins tomato bendakaya is ready to eat.

Serve it in bowl
