Moringa leaf dal fry .

 Moringa leaf have 7 times more c vitamins more than orange, 15 times more potassium than banana. Moringa leaf is help to heal body and muscles . 

 Ingredients:

Green moringa leaf 1cup

Toordal 1cup

Curd 2tbsp 

Salt 1/4tsb water 

Garlic 10 

Green chilli’s 4

Haldi 1/4tsb

Oil 2tbsp

Jeera 1/2tsb 

Method:

Tip when we cook moringa leaves with out salt it will bitter.  first you must add salt  to moringa leafs and cook 

Take a pan and keep on the stove  take a bowl add green moringa leafs add water to it wash the leafs add to pan add slat and curd 1/4cup water to it cook when leaves become dry  of stove keep it a side .

Take a cooker add dal to it wash dal add 1cups water to it with out whistles  keep a lid  cook for 10mins until water is absorbed .

Take a tadka pan add oil and heat it add jeera add crashed garlic to it add 1 chopped green chilli and add Haldi powder to it  mix well and put off the flame . 

Open cooker  lid  add dal to pan  and  cook moringa leaves . mix well add tadka to it . 

Moringa leaves dal fry is ready to eat 

Eat with rice or chapatis .
