Curd Rice 

Ingredients :

Rice 

Curd

Salt 

Oil

Mustard seeds and jeera

Dry red chillies 

Curry leaves 

Black pepper crushed 1 teaspoon 

Chana dhal and urad dhal

Chopped Green Chilli 1

Chopped Coriander and Mint Leaves 1 small cup


Method 

Take a pressure cooker add one cup of rice wash it thoroughly add two cup of water and cover it with lid keep on a stove with high flame for 3 to 4 whistles or 7 to 8 minutes .

Take cooker from the stove keep it a side for cool down .

Now open the cooker lid and mash it with spoon and take it in a bowl

Now chopped greens chilli , coriander and mint leaves ,mix it well .

Now add curd and salt mix it properly and keep a side.

Take tadka pan add oil heat it up now add chana dhal and urad dhal , dry red chillies ,curry leaves,mustard seeds and jeera , black pepper crushed fry it for 1 min.

Now add tadka to curd rice mix it thoroughly.

Serve it in bowl enjoy the taste of curd rice 👌🏼
