Eggplant Bajji

Brinjal Bajji

Ingredients 

Long purple eggplant 4

Gram flour 120gms

Ginger Garlic paste 1teaspoon

Red chilli powder 1/2teaspoon

Crushed Carom Seeds 1/2teaspoon

Salt 1teaspoon

Water as you required 

Oil to deep fried 


Method 

Take a bowl add gram flour , crushed Caron seeds ,ginger garlic paste , red chilli powder and salt mix it well and add water and make thick batter . rest it for 20 min and keep it a side .

Take long purple eggplant and cut it middle lengthwise.

Now take a kadhi put it on a stove with high flame and add oil to deep fry in kadhi.

Now take long purple eggplant fry it for 2 mins

Take it from oil and keep it aside sprinkle red chillies powder and salt.

Now take fried long purple eggplant and dip it in a prepared batter and put it in a oil and fry up to golden brown colour.

Serve it in a plate with tomato sauce or green chutney.
