Lemon Rice

 Lemon Rice

Ingredients 

Rice 1 cup

Lemon juice 3 spoons 

Salt 

Oil

Peanuts 

Mustard seeds and jeera

Dry red chillies 

Curry leaves 

Hing

Green chilli’s 

Turmeric powder 


Method 

Wash 1 cup of rice and soak it in a water for 20 to 30 min.

Take soaked rice remove the water from rice add into pressure cooker  add 1/4 cup of water  and cover it with lid cook it for 2 whistles on high flame .

After 2 whistles take off lid and add into a bowl and keep it a side.

Now take a pan add oil heat it up on medium flame add peanuts fry it up to golden brown colour add dry red chillies , mustard seeds and jeera ,curry leaves , hing , salt , turmeric powder, green chilli’s mix it well and fry it properly 

Now add lemon juice into pan and boil it for 1min.

Now add cooked rice into pan mix it well 

Serve it in a bowl enjoy the taste of lemon rice 👌🏼
