Apricot Desert


Ingredients 

Apricots  250g

Sugar  100g

food colour  1pinch

Elachi powder  1/2tbs

Kaju  10

Badam 10

Apricot seeds  1/4cup

Saffron  1pinch

 

Method  

Soak apricots for 12hours (don’t waste soak water because we should use it later for cooking apricots) 

Take a bowl and separate apricots skin and seeds.

Take a pan add seeds less apricots and soaked water  put on the stove, cook it for 5mins.

Then add sugar and cook it for 15mins . add colour or saffron as per your requirement

Now take cooked apricots into blender , cool and blend into paste . 

Add to paste to cooking apricots and cook for 10 mins .

Add Elachi powder to it then apricots sweet is ready 

Serve with dry fruit a you wish.
