Fish deep fry

 Ingredients 

 Fish 1kg 

Chills power 1tbs

Haldi 1/2tabs 

Gingers garlic paste  1tsp 

Salt  1/2tbs

Coriander powder  1tbs

Jeera  1/2tb 

Hole gram masala  1/2tbs

Lemon  1

Onions  2

Mint coriander  1/2cup

Oil for deep fry



 

Method 

Wash fish with Haldi 1/2  and salt 1tsp water and drain it .

Take fish and add chill powder ,Haldi powder ,ginger garlic paste  ,salt  and all spice to it mix well and squeeze half lemon to it  .

Keep aside for 1 hour .

Take a kadai add  oil to it , put on the stove in slowly flame add masala  coated  fish to oil 

And cook until it turns  brownish colour ,take a fry  fish it in a plate .




Similarly, fry All fish  and serve it with mint coriander leaves and lemon .
