Gajar Ka Halwa


Ingredients 

Gajar 2kgs

Sugar 250gms

Cardamom 2 

Kaju 10

Badam 6

Ghee 


Method 

Take Gajar wash thoroughly in water and peel the skin and keep it a side .

Now take grater and grated the Gajar .

Now take a pan keep it on a stove and add ghee to it .

Now add chopped kaju , badam into pan fry it upto lightly golden colour and take into plate.

Now add grated Gajar to pan cook upto when you see no water in it.

Add sugar and cardamom to Gajar cook it untill sugar is dissolved.

Now add fried kaju , badam into gajar halwa.

Gajar Halwa is ready to eat.


Serve it in a bowl
