Goat head curry

Ingredients 

Goat head 1kg

Onion 2

Chilli 4

Tomato 2

Mint coriander 1/2cup

Ginger Garlic paste 1tbs

Chilli powder 11/2tbs

Haldi 1/2tbs

Salt1tbs

whole Garam Masala 

Oil1/2cup

Method 

Cut onions, chilli, tomatoes and keep a side.

Take cooker keep it on  a stove ,add  oil to it , now add chopped onions chilli and mix it  well fry until it turns  pinkish colour. 

Take goat head wash it with Haldi and salt  and add it to cooker and mix  it well when it start leaving water.

When it starts absorbing water add garlic ginger paste to it and mix  well add Haldi powder chill powder 

And salt to it and mix  well for 5mins  add tomatoes to it .

when the curry start leaving oil at that time add water to it (2glass)

Cover it with lid , let it cook for 8 whistles 

Open the lid  and   cook for 10mins  and add whole  Garam masala to it.

Server with rice  or riot  or raggi rice  or jowor rice .
