Goat legs soup

 Ingredients 

Goat legs 4 

Onions 1

Green chilli’s 4

Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp

Haldi1/2

Salt 1/2

Mint coriander 1/2cup

Hole grammasla powder 

 Shaihijeera 1

Elich 6

Clove 6

Cinnamon 4

Kababchini 1tsp


Method 

Hole grammasla  (shahi jeera ,elachi, clove,cinnamon ,Kababchini) add to blender roughly powder keep aside .

Take a pressure cooker add goat legs wash with 1tsp salt 1/2tsp Haldi  clean  it 2 times . Firstly wash and it should be completely drained out water ,now  add water to bowl  pressure cooker add 1/4water to it

Add hole grammasla 1tsbs and ginger garlic paste  and Haldi powder chopped onions and green chilli’s and salt to it  1/2cup  mint coriander leaves to it .keep a lid  on the flame  keep up to 10 whistles 

Open the lid and see the goat legs are cooked properly or not  if  It is cooked completely 

Serve it in a soup bowl 

It is rich in calcium it is help your body to maintain strength .
