Crabs curry

Ingredients 

Crabs 1kg

Onions 1/2cup

Green Chilli 4

Bay leaf  2

Mint coriander leaves 1/2cup

Chill powder 1tbsp

Haldi powder 1/2tbsp 

Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp  

Whole Garam Masala Powder 1/2tbsp

Tomato 2

Salt 1/2tbsp

Oil big tbsp


Method 

Take bowl ,

add the crabs and wash it ,keep aside .then make it into  a small pieces and separate from the bowl . (Take big pieces for curry and small for grinding )

Keep aside take a handi put on the stove add oil  to it  and bay leaf  add chopped onion to it add greens chill also .

Mix it well when it becomes pinkish colour add crabs and mix well when water is completely gone.

When you can see oil , then add ginger garlic paste, chill powder, Haldi powder, salt, mix well  add chopped tomatoes and cook for some time  2or3m  until it lives oil then. Take a small crabs  blend it.Strain   the crabs water to curry and cook for some time and add water to it  and keep a lid .cook for 20mins  after remove the lid see weather pieces are cooked or not . When it  is cooked  then add mint and coriander leaves and whole gram masala serve it with rice a joy it.
