SEMIYA sweet without ghee and milk

Ingredients :

Almond 16

Sugar 1/2cup

Bambino 

Elachi powder 1/4

 saffron pinch 

Method :

Take a bowl soak almonds 4 to 5 hours 

Remove the almond skin and blend it fine paste and keep aside 

Take a pan add bambino to it put on a stove and roast it when it becomes brown in colour 

Add water to it cook it for 5mins. Now , add saffron and Elachi powder . 

Then add blended almonds paste to it and cook for 5min then add sugar to it 

Cook for another 5mins and serve it hot or cool .
