Palakura chicken curry (spinach)

Ingredients :

Chicken 750grams

Onions 1big

Green chilli’s 4

Ginger Garlic paste 1tbs

Chilli powder 1tbs

Haldi1/4tbs

Salt 1/4

Homemade hole gramasala 1/4tbs

Palakura (spinach) 2 cups

Oil 4tbs



Method 

Take onion ,green chilli’s, spinach chopped keep aside  saprately.

Take a pan heat it on medium  flame, add oil to it ,add chopped onions and green chilli’s and fry it until pinkish colour.  add chicken to it (wash two to three times) when chicken leaves water cook it for few mins until  water  evaporates.

Add garlic garlic paste to it mix, well . when aroma comes then add chilli powder, Haldi powder, salt 

Mix it well ,add 2glass of water and keep a lid to it  keep on slow flame and  cook it  for 20min.

Remove the lid from the pan mix well and add chopped and washed spinach .

And mix well cook it  for 10mins,   add homemade hole gramasala.

Chicken is ready serve it with rice or chapatis .
