 DUM MIRCHI 

dum mirchi is side dish which is mixture of taste masalas in mirchi . best served with rice and any curry.

PROCESS TO MAKE DUM MIRCHI :-

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Green chillies (Large in size and width)-12
  • coconut powder - 1tbsp
  • sesame  - 1tbsp
  • groundnut - 1tbsp
  • jeera -1/4 tbsp
  • dhaniya-1/4 tbsp
  • aamchur powder 1/4 tbsp
  • salt 
METHOD:-

  1. wash the mirchi and keep it a side .
  2. take pan heat it and add roast groundnuts, dhaniya, jeera , coconut powder ,till .
  3. now blend it and add salt ( as per your taste) .
  4. the masala for stuffing the mirchi is ready .
  5. now take the mirchi's and make a slit in between them and add the masala and keep it a side.
  6. now take a bowl large in size and heat the water in it for steaming .
  7. now take the mirchi's filled with masala into a bamboo steamer bowl or a steamer and place it in the water which is on the stove and steam it for 15 mins .
AND DUM MIRCHI IS READY .

Serve it with warm rice and dal or any curries you like .
