Kakarakaya ( Bitter Gourd in English, Karela in Hindi) is a very healthy and diabetic friendly vegetable. life can be a "bitter gourd " at times . you won't be able to minimise its bitterness and you will be greatful to the farmer ( almighty) for the bittergourd's benefits in your life . and we have saying from our olden days " truth is like a bitter gourd"

and restect your haters because they're the only ones who think you're better than them ...its true because nobody loves bitter gourd , everybody hates it but at the end is the one who keeps us health .
Ingredients:
Medium Size Kakarakaya 5
Bid Size Onions 4
Curry Leaves
mustard seeds 25gms
Coconut 25gms
Jeera 1tsp
Dhaniya 1tsp
Tamarind Jucie 1cup
Chilli Powder 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tsp
Oil
Method:
Take a pan and heat in a medium flame and add mustard seeds, cocnut powder , jeera , dhaniya just saute them and add into mixer and grind them.
In the same pan add some oil and fry sliced kakarakaya and keep it a side
In the same pan add chopped onions into pan, fry upto pinkish colour
After frying onions add ginger garlic paste 1tsp , red chilli powder 1tsp , turmeric 1/4tsp saute them and tamarind juice and some water and salt 1tsp and boil it upto 5mins
Now add grind masala paste and boil it upto to 15mins in medium flame then open the lid and mix it well
veg crocodile curry is ready
serve in a bowl.
